History

Our founding partner, Ron Yockim, started his natural resources practice in Roseburg in 1991, working on some of the toughest and most complex natural resources issues facing rural communities in Oregon over the last three decades. After practicing solo for many years, in 2011, Ron hired Dominic Carollo, who came to Southern Oregon with experience practicing at a large full service law firm in Portland, Oregon. In 2014, Ron and Dominic formed Yockim Carollo, LLP and, in 2015, additional staff to keep up with the firm’s growth. At the end of 2020, Ron Yockim retired from the firm and the firm was renamed Carollo Law Group LLC.
